• Contact details you provide: name, phone, email, location, vehicle.
• Service selections, preferred dates and any notes you submit.
• A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to limit how often the form can be submitted from one connection. It cannot be turned back into your address.

When you send an enquiry or apply to join the Valeting Club, we save what you submitted so we can reply even if the WhatsApp message never reaches us. Each enquiry gets a reference such as IMV-K7M2Q so we can match a message to it.

The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Enquiries are visible only to Indell staff, are never sold or shared for marketing, and are deleted automatically after 24 months.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so straight away - contact us on indellvaleting@gmail.com or the number on this site.

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors (e.g. messaging providers) solely to deliver our services.

Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Nothing else loads until you choose, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can accept or reject each purpose below separately.

Analytics. Loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) tells us which pages are visited and how people arrive. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and can replay an anonymised recording of a visit so we can see where the site is confusing. Neither is used to identify you.

Marketing. We are not running any advertising trackers at present. Accepting this only allows Google to use your visit for advertising measurement. If we add an advertising pixel later it will sit behind this same choice, and this policy will say so before it goes live.

These are third-party processors with their own privacy notices: Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity). Some transfer data outside the UK under their standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for our services and legal obligations.
